How We Got Our Name
The street Chad grew up on in Colorado was named Ridge Road. He passionately believes that where and how you grow up can influence one’s life. So, Ridge was just his base, the beginning and path to his future. Believing in having a growth mindset, paving your own path, developing what you want your life to look like is in oneself.
